The handles are made of POM in white colour. POM is a synthetic material widely used in handles of kitchen utensils, because it is durable and has remarkable hygienic properties. Each handle is fixed with 3 crossing stainless steel rivets that provide sturdiness and solidity to the knife.

Another major characteristic of these knives is that they all have a full tang. This means that the continuation of blade’s steel goes all the way to the end of the handle.
