The Deglon Grand Chef Knives are made in Thiers, the city of renowned French bladesmiths. These forged knives are polyvalent, therefore an important addition for your kitchen. Furthermore, they come with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty which will cover any defect subject to bad manufacturing.

A blade made of stainless steel (X50CrMoV15) is characterised for its robustness and high resistance against corrosion. Furthermore, it is resistant to acids in the foods and has a 52 HRC of hardness level on the Rockwell scale.
In addition, the black coloured handle is made of highly pressed wood and is assembled with 3 brass rivets, which in turn give sturdiness to the structure. The squared bolster provides a proper balance between the blade and the handle.
