Its X50CrMoV15 stainless steel blade has great robustness and high resistance against corrosion. Furthermore, it is resistant to acids in the foods, and it reaches a hardness level of 52 HRC in the Rockwell scale.
The black coloured handle is made of highly pressed wood and is assembled with 3 brass rivets, which in turn gives solidity to the structure. In addition, the squared bolster provides a proper balance between the blade and the handle.
